Mary Ann was lovely from start to finish and even after! Great communication and very interested in making sure she had all the info needed before grooming two of my dogs that hadn’t been to her before. Although a nervous dog, she did a great job with my Jack Russell Cross. And also a good hand strip for my border terrier! Ronnie and Elsa were clearly well looked after and have come home looking and smelling lovely! (& worn out after playing with Trixie!) Thank you.

Mary Ann was brilliant with teddy ! He is usually nervous when he goes to the groomers and hates the hairdryer but he came out tail wagging and looking very handsome definitely recommend I have already booked our next visit! Thank you.

Used Groom for Improvement after my previous groomer retired. Was really pleased with cut on both dogs (mini schnauzers) and was even more pleased that the dogs seemed really relaxed when I picked them up. Would definitely recommend Mary Ann and have already booked in for next appointment.

This was our first time taking our two Border Terriers to Groom for Improvement. The new salon looked lovely and Mary Ann was very welcoming and professional. The dogs left happy and looking and smelling great. We'll be back!

Amazing friendly service...our lab pup Heidi is never still for long but she loved her little pampering session - and came away smelling beautiful and with super smooth fur...which has lasted even after a couple of very muddy walks! We’ll be back soon!!
